As founder and Managing Director, Ari is responsible for the company’s vision and management. He has over 20 years of industry and management experience as an executive manager, consultant and software developer. Prior to forming Israel-India Ventures Ari established and managed a large software development center in Bangalore India. Other positions include Vice President at e-SIM Ltd., Founder of TRADOC Consulting & Technology and Senior Consultant at Decision Systems Israel. Ari holds an Executive MBA from the Gorges Leven High-Tech Management School (HTMS) at Tel-Aviv University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. KV Seshasayee has over 30 years of service in the Communication, IT and automotive industries. As an industry leader, Mr. KVS has served as Chairman of India's Cellular Operators Association and is an active member of CII’s National Telecom Committee. Mr. KVS previous positions include Director of Telecom at the Hinduja group, Managing Director of Digicon and Chairman of Fascel Ltd. He has also worked at India's Defence Research Organization (DRDO) and held various positions at Ashok Leyland. Mr. KVS has an MS in Engineering from IIT Chennai.

Benjie has over 20 years of experience in managing enterprise operations and technology-intensive projects. Previously Benjie held the positions of COO at Comverse Technologies Ltd., CEO of Pazomat Ltd., Assistant CEO of Paz Oil Company Ltd. and Business Development Manager for CogniTens 3D Vision Systems Ltd. Benjie holds a BA in Management and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
