Jerry Rao is Chairman of Mphasis, and Vice Chairman of EDS operations in India. Previously Jerry has held several leadership positions with Citigroup, including India Country Manager and Head of Citibank's Global Technology Development and Global Electronic Cards Divisions. Jerry is a seasoned veteran in Consumer and Corporate Financial Services and in Technology Management. He is also on the Boards of several reputed companies including Puravankara Projects Limited, IDFC Private Equity Company Limited, Royal Orchids Hotels Limited, Lotus India Asset Management Company Private Limited, Kandor Solutions Private Limited, Sankhyaa Limited (UK) and Juris Investments Private Limited. He has served as Vice Chairman of NASSCOM and is a Trustee of the NASSCOM Foundation.
